With 15 years of experience in the pipeline construction industry, he has managed over $15 billion in pipeline equipment. Recognized as a leading inspector, he brings unparalleled expertise in structural, mechanical, and welding responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in every project. His extensive knowledge and leadership have consistently driven successful outcomes in the field.

COO | CTO

Defense Acquisition University Professor of IT specializing in Agile development, Cloud Services, and DevSecOps policies. Formerly Associate CIO for Enterprise Infrastructure Services at OPM, overseeing network, telephone, mainframe, and computing services, and Director of IT Operations at SBA, leading Agile migration and cloud integration (AWS and Azure). With 15 years at TSA as a Senior Executive Advisor, ISSO, GPM, and FRN for the Northeast Region, Russ is a retired Marine Corps Major (LDO) with over 20 years of active service.
